You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request the refund within 30 days of your purchase date
  • The report delivered did not meet the promised deliverables
  • You experienced technical issues that prevented you from accessing or completing your audit
  • You are not satisfied with the quality or accuracy of the analysis

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your details: Provide your email address and session ID (found in your confirmation email)
  3. Brief feedback (optional): Let us know what we could improve. Your feedback helps us enhance our service for future customers.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or credit card provider)
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

After Refund

Once a refund is issued:

  • Your access to the Deep Dive audit report will be revoked
  • You will no longer have access to the audit data or analysis
  • Any downloaded or saved copies should be deleted per our Terms of Service
